“Hispanic Heritage Concert” – Alhambra Orchestra's upcoming concert puts the spotlight on Hispanic composers takes place Sunday, Sept. 28 at 7:30 pm at FIU Wertheim Performing Arts Center, 10910 SW 17th St.
Led by by artistic director Daniel Andai, the Alhambra Symphony Orchestra will present an evening of Spanish and Latin American music.
The program will include Symphony in D by Arriaga (“the Spanish Mozart”), Márquez’s Danzón No. 2, an arrangement of Albéniz’s Asturias along with zarzuela arias and romantic favorites like Granada, performed by distinguished guest vocalists.
Tickets: $10 adults/$5 seniors, children and students on Eventbrite.com,or at the door. Golden Tickets accepted at the door.
