Holiday in the Park Tree Lighting, Greenacres

The City of Greenacres is turning 100 years old in 2026 and is inviting the public to take part in the festivities at these special Holiday in the Park events.

A tree lighting ceremony, along with family activities will be on Friday, Dec. 12, from 5 to 9 p.m., followed by a Saturday drone show with live entertainment. Admission is free, so you can afford to go both days!

Centennial Kick Off Celebration & Drone Show

  • When: Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025, from 3 to 9 p.m.
  • Where: Samuel J. Ferreri Community Park, 2905 Jog Road, Greenacres City
  • Cost: Free admission; vendor prices vary. All are welcome, but they are also offering FREE carnival rides for Greenacres residents, with proof of residency (driver’s license and/or utility bill).
