The story follows a young Black student who's just been assigned to make a presentation about an important figure from Black History. The only problem? The history book has way too many choices! She makes her way to Grandma's kitchen for her words of wisdom.

That's where things go a little unexpectedly. Turns out Grandma's kitchen is magical and before she knows it, the titans of Black History have sprung from the pages of his book and are there with her… in the house.
