Martha/Mary Concert Series 2025-26

For more two decades, organizers of the Martha/Mary Concerts, led by artistic founding director Paul Posnak, have been presenting award-winning musical artists.

Concerts are $15 per person and $25 for Blue Circle, plus fees if you buy online. Season tickets for Blue Circle upfront seating are $80 for the entire series. You can buy tickets here.

The 2026-27 season runs through April 18, 2027 with concerts taking place at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Miami. The concerts are also offered live on YouTube.

Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026 at 4 p.m. Posnak-Castiglione Duo Celebrating America's 250th

The performance features spiritual settings for two pianos by Florence Price; Variations on “America” by Charles Ives; selections from the Gershwin Songbook arranged for two pianos by Paul Posnak; several works of Aaron Copland; danzones and canciones by Ernesto Lecuona, and George Gershwin’s own two-piano arrangement of “An American in Paris.”

Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026 at 4 p.m. Starburst Concert with Gianna Beckford and Nihar Bhavsar with Paul Posnak

Gianna Beckford, principal violist at Dillard High School now studying at FIU, performed alongside New World Symphony and Clarinetist Nihar Bhavsar, now studying at FSU, has performed at Carnegie Hall, Sala Sao Paulo, the Kravis Center, and as principal clarinetist at Equity Arc National Pathways Festival Orchestra in Washington DC.

Friday, Jan. 15, 2027 at 7:30 p.m. Ted Rosenthal Trio with guest vocalist Nicole Henry

Coming off their international tours and national performances, the trio and vocalist join to perform jazz standards and renditions of the American songbook.

Sunday, April 18 at 4 p.m. Joropango

A special live performance of the Latin Grammy winning album Joropango featuring Venezuelan-Miamian violinist Daniela Padron and South Florida’s KerreKe musicians including vocalist Cynthia Bague. An afternoon of Venezuelan, Colombian and Argentinian folk music.

Parking is free in the church parking lot.
