Tri-Rail Summer Fest in Fort Lauderdale offers free entry

Live entertainment, art vendors and a Kids Zone are featured at a free  event presented in Broward by Tri-Rail railroad.

Tri-Rail Summer Fest in 2024 is 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 13, in Fort Lauderdale.

The event includes:

  • food trucks, including Jake’s Drive-In Burgers, Ya Hala & others
  • vendors
  • bounce houses
  • glitter tattoos
  • Streetlight band
  • Catabella Music Group

The festival is at the Tri-Rail Station, 5910 NW Ninth Avenue, Fort Lauderdale. Parking is free. If you ride the train to the station, on weekends and holidays, Tri-Rail offers $5 fares for riding all day.  For ages 5-12, students and seniors, the weekend fare is $2.50. Younger kids ride for free.

Tri-Rail features stations in West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Hollywood, Miami, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach and others.
