Taste of SoMi restaurant deals in South Miami

Summer is the slow season for restaurants so chefs and owners have to get creative to keep foodies walking through the doors. 

One way they do that is by offering prix fixe menu during the summer months and the City of South Miami is doing just that with the month-long Taste of SoMi from July 1-31.

A bit different than some of the other restaurant discounts, Taste of SoMi includes discounts for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner at sit down restaurants and several quick service restaurants are offering discounts too.

Menus may include a selection of appetizers, entrées, desserts, or beverages. These are the discount selections:

• Breakfast: $15–$20 or Combo Platter Option
• Brunch: $20–$40 or Combo Platter Option
• Lunch: $20–$35
• Dinner: $45–$65
• Quick Service Restaurants: 10%–15% Off
