Yes, it's that time of the year again when the snowbirds go home to their northern homes, the highways lighten up and the summer dining deals kick off. It's time to give some love to the locals. From discounted food and drink specials to summer prix-fixe menus, you'll find something that will have you returning time and time again.

Please note that these are summer dining deals. You can expect that they run through at least the end of August, unless otherwise noted.

Cafe Centro

Head to Northwood Village for a taste of Italy and stop at Cafe Centro, where live music and Italian food are their specialty. This summer Cafe Centro will offer a 3-course early bird dinner for $28.99 Tuesday through Saturday from 3-6 p.m. and on Sundays from 4-6 p.m. Pasta Fagioli, Gnocchi with pesto and mushrooms and Salmon Piccata with broccoli are just a few of the menu holidays. Note — If you dine Wednesday through Sunday and stay to enjoy the live music, a $20 surcharge per person will be added to your bill.

Known for offering an elevated menu of locally sourced, seafood-centric dishes, Corvina Seafood Grill in Boca Raton will host a Summer Social Hour from now until the end of September. Through this, guests will enjoy 50% off the entire menu (both food and drinks — no exclusions) from 5-6 p.m. daily at any seat in the house. Chilled Maine Lobster, Crispy Thai Red Snapper, a Beef Tenderloin Filet — What will you be trying first?

Happy Hour got better thanks to a new summer happy hour at Costa, a modern American restaurant in downtown Delrsy Beach. From 5 – 8 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday, guests can enjoy $6 glasses of wine, $5 local brews and happy hour bites for just $6. For a special treat, try one of their summer craft cocktails that include a Watermelon Margarita and Passion Fruit Paloma for $9.

Devine Bistro, located just outside of the Mall at Wellington Green, recently launched a new happy hour with BOGO offers on house wine and bottled beer, $5 well martinis, $5 well margaritas and $7 appetizers including corn fritters, queso dip and peach crostini. This special menu is available Monday through Friday in Palm Beach Gardens and Tuesday through Friday in West Palm Beach. While the menus vary slightly, all can enjoy house favorites like Caesar Salad, Fettucine Bolognese and Strawberry Shortcake for dessert.
