Live performances and festivities that reflect the holidays with an African-American perspective are featured at the African-American Research Library in Fort Lauderdale.
The events in 2023 are December 15-16, and entry is free.
Performances include Soulful Christmas, described as a retelling of “The Night Before Christmas” with a twist that offers a lyrical journey that reflects Black Christmas. The show features spirituals, soul and gospel.
