Free: US Navy Band performs during Navy Days in Broward

When the U.S. Navy docks in Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, the public is invited to free Fleet Week events and several free Navy Band performances.

Broward Navy Days in 2023 are April 23-30 in greater Fort Lauderdale.

Navy Band

5 p.m.  April 23 Navy Band Southeast Rock Band @ at Las Olas Oceanside Park, 3000 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale 33316. Free entry. Recommended parking, Las Olas Beach Parking Garage. Parking fees apply, usually $4 an hour.

 

7 p.m. April 25 Spirit of America features popular and patriotic songs, Knox Village, 651 SW 6th St., Pompano Beach, Pompano. Free entry. 

 

7  p.m. April 27 Navy Band Southeast Pride performs high-energy pop tunes.  The free event is at Ali Cultural Arts, 353 MLK  Bouleard, Pompano Beach 33060. Register online for free tickets.

 

4 p.m.  April 29 Navy Band Southeast @ at Las Olas Oceanside Park, 3000 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale 33316. Free entry. Recommended parking, Las Olas Beach Parking Garage. Parking fees apply, usually $4 an hour.

Ship Tours

Public ship tours will be offered daily, including evening hours on most days. Due to Navy security requirements during Fleet Week Port Everglades, tours must be ticketed in advance and all adults must undergo a background check by Broward Sheriff's Office. Registration will open at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 3.
