Marathon Seafood Festival

The Original Marathon Seafood Festival is truly a family-friendly event; featuring fresh-caught local keys seafood at amazing prices, cold beverages for adults and kids, live entertainment the entire weekend, more than 220 vendors to satisfy all your shopping needs, as well as an expanded boat show, and plenty of rides and games for children.

Admission to the 48th annual Marathon Seafood Festival March 9-10, 2024 is only $5 per person and kids under 12 get in for free. Military and law enforcement personnel, active and retired, are admitted free on Sunday. Handicap parking available inside the park. 

  • Saturday, March 9: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 10: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

More than 200 vendors will offer fresh Florida Keys seafood, jewelry, clothing, fishing gear and other nautical items for sale. Plus, there will be a Boat Show and live entertainment, and a military tribute with a flyover.

How to get there:

Head South on the Florida Turnpike towards Homestead on Highway US1. Take the Turnpike until it ends in Florida City and merges with Highway US1. Keep heading South and count down the big green Mile Markers to #49 in Marathon, FL. If you hit the 7 Mile Bridge, you’ve gone too far!

Parking available at the following locations (in addition to wherever else you can find it): Stanley Switlik Elementary School, 3400 Overseas Highway, Marathon, FL (on the bayside). Event takes place at Marathon Community Park, 200 36th St, Marathon.
