Light Up Galt in Fort Lauderdale

Light Up the Galt offers live entertainment, visits with Santa and a kids' area in Fort Lauderdale to kick off the holidays.

Light Up the Galt in 2024 is 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, November 21, with free entry. Entertainment at 7 p.m. features Fort Lauderdale Symphonic Winds.

The event includes:

• live entertainment & Santa
• food and drinks for purchase from restaurants and bars
• tree lighting at 6:30 p.m.

 The Light Up  event is at 3351 NE 33rd Ave., Fort Lauderdale 33308

Parking

Street parking on Oakland Park Boulevard, Northeast 32nd Street, Northeast 33rd Street, Northeast 34 Street, $2 an hour, for Fort Lauderdale residents registered with the parking department, the fee is $1  an hour 

Bridgeside Square Garage, 3020 NE 32nd Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, $4 an hour, or $1.50 an hour for registered Fort Lauderdale residents
