Free Kwanzaa event at library in Fort Lauderdale

Vendors from black owned businesses, African dance and other performances are featured at a Kwanzaa event at the African-American Library in Fort Lauderdale. 

The event in 2025 is 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, December 27 with a focus on respect for African people globally. Workshops and activities for kids are offered. 

The library is at 2650 Sistrunk Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale 33311.  Information is online
