IHOP flips free buttermilk pancakes for one day only

For the 20th year, IHOP is celebrating its very own National Pancake Day on March 3, 2026. 

On March 3, 2026, IHOP will be flipping a FREE Short Stack of its World Famous Buttermilk Pancakes for diners at participating locations — from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The offer is valid for dine-in only. Limit one short stack per person, while supplies last.
