Holiday Pawty is 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, December 14, at the dog park, 8101 Southgate Boulevard, Tamarac 33321.

The event includes pet adoptions and photo ops with Santa. A Holiday Hound contest is featured.

The Humane Society of Greater Miami Holiday Lights for the Animals is 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, December 7 with food trucks, rides, and a scavenger hunt. Entry is free.
