We've already taken you to some of our favorite happy hours in Coral Gables, but now we're narrowing our choices down even more to those restaurants that lie within The Shops at Merrick Park, located at 358 San Lorenzo Avenue in Coral Gables.

Whether you're a seasoned happy hour-goer or just looking to relax after a tiring day of shopping, these after-work deals will certainly be calling your name. Explore these gems by yourself or grab your besties as it's time to discover what are sure to become some new hangouts.

Happy Hour at The Shoppes at Merrick Park

Tucked away inside Nordstrom lies a French Bistro called Bazille. It offers a sophisticated, yet relaxed environment — the perfect destination for a pre- or post-shopping pick-me-up. Because their happy hour runs on the earlier side (2:30 to 5 p.m.), plan to get there early, but once you're there, you'll have plenty of time to get enjoy the discounted drink and food (primarily drink) specials. Food items consist of a Nordstrom Burger ($14), Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata Salad ($10) and Artichoke and Spinach Dip ($10). Drink specials include: $5 beers, $7 glasses of wine, $9 spirits and $10 signature cocktails.

Make it a night of adventure and head to SAWA Restaurant and Lounge, where a globally-inspired menu and hookah go hand-in-hand. Not only can you enjoy food, drink and hookah specials during happy hours between 4 and 7 (4 to 8 at the bar), guests will now be able to enjoy their post-happy hour After Dark drink specials from 7 p.m. until close like half-off sake and beer on Tuesdays, half-off bottles on wine on Thursday and more. 

Now, for their regular happy hour, guests will enjoy a variety of drink specials ($6-$10) and appetizers ($7-$20) like Edamame, shrimp dumplings, sushi, pork belly yakitori, spicy tuna sushi sandwiches and more.

If seafood is what you are craving, set sail for the Sea Grill located at The Shops at Merrick Park. This chic seafood restaurant offering stunning views and a lengthy menu of discounted food and drink specials during happy hour at the bar only. Drink specials include beer ($5), wine ($8), well cocktails ($10), premium cocktails ($12) and martinis ($14), while food specials ($8-$15) include a mixture of Greek and seafood-centric dishes. Highlights include Feta Saganaki, Keftedes made with lamb and beef, traditional Greek spreads, grilled calamari and more.

It’s twice the fun at Yardhouse, as this modern American gathering place hosts both an early (Mon-Fri from 3-6 p.m.) and late night (Sun-Wed from 10 p.m – close) happy hour.  For both the early and late-night happy hours, guests will enjoy $2 off spirits, wine, cocktails and draft beer, $3 off 9 oz glasses of wine and $4 off half yards.

Guests will also enjoy 1/2 off select appetizers (during the early happy hour only) like Spinach Dip, Chicken Nachos, Boneless Wings, Sliders, Wisconsin Fried Cheese Curds, and all pizzas.
