Get that heart pumping, a wellness exam and much more at the free FitCrest Health & Wellness Fair at Suniland Park in Pinecrest on Saturday, May 30 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Click here to register.

At the family-friendly event they're offering:

  • Mental health resources
  • Mini-workouts
  • Fitness demos
  • Local wellness vendors
  • Wellness workshops by Baptist Health
  • Giveaways

A DJ will be on hand spinning live tunes at the event which is sponsored by the Village of Pinecrest Park & Recreation Pinecrest Business Association.
