Traveling FIFA soccer ball photo op & Free FIFA watch parties in Broward
Sports fans around the globe are enthusiastic about the FIFA world soccer tournament. With an international roster of teams poised for matches in June and July in different parts of the world, some venues in Broward are offering watch parties.
For a whimsical photo op, a 10-foot 400-pound replica of a FIFA soccer ball is positioned at different venues for photo ops.
Here are some of the watch parties in Broward
Sunrise
Amerant Bank Arena, 1 Panther Parkway, Sunrise
Prior to the matches, the events are featuring food trucks, games and inflatables. Register online for free tickets.

Plantation Walk is at 321 N. University Drive, Plantation . For events, pets are usually permitted. Outside food and beverages are usually not permitted.
Hollywood
FIFA watch event in Hollywood is 4 p.m. Saturday, June 27 with matches broadcast in a fenced zone outdoors on Hollywood Boulevard between 19th Avenue and 21st Avenue. The event includes food trucks, live entertainment, and vendors.

Kids younger than 18 need to be with a parent or guardian.

- Free Sun Shuttle service between City Hall and Downtown from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Free Holly-Go Shuttle between City Hall and Downtown until 5:00 p.m.

Miramar
The FIFA soccer watch events in Miramar feature the inflatables, food vendors and music. Tickets are free, and need to be reserved on the event website. Fees apply for parking.
