Free: Documentary & VR experience, Miami

The Miami Museum of Contemporary Art of the African Diaspora (MoCAAD) presents Knight New Work, a virtual reality art exhibition and documentary featuring new work by visual artist Marielle Plaisir.

At the premiere, Plaisir’s new work will be unveiled. A fireside chat with Marielle, and Miami MoCAAD co-founder, Marilyn Holifield, will take place after the screening of the documentary.

Alexander Star, music composer for the documentary, will perform briefly at the opening and closing of the program. After the program, a reception will provide attendees with opportunities to experience the exhibition in virtual reality (VR).

RSVP for free at miamimocaad.eventbrite.com. Donations encouraged.
