FPL giving away free Christmas trees and tree lights

Florida Power & Light (FPL) and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade are hoping to spread holiday cheer with their upcoming free Christmas tree and LED tree lights giveaway on Tuesday, Dec. 2 to the first 200 people at the Hank Kline Club, 2805 SW 32 Ave.

The line will open at 4 p.m. and the five-foot trees and LED tree lights will be distributed from 5-7 p.m. to the first 200 people. FPL representatives will also be on hand, demonstration holiday efficiency tips and teach ways to reduce holiday energy usage and costs.
