This season opener not only features masterworks but also includes new compositions during the Florida Atlantic University Symphony Orchestra's premiere concert of its 32nd season.
Program highlights include the following:
Finale from Brahms Symphony No. 4 in E Minor
Elegy from Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings
Bizet's pastoral suite from L'Arlesienne
Josè Luis Elizondo's energetic Estampas Mexicanas
The orchestra will be conducted under the baton of Dr. Laura Joella.
