Festival of Classics in Fort Lauderdale

The annual Festival of Classics will bring a weekend of live theater, music and dance performances to Las Olas Oceanside Park in Fort Lauderdale.

The event is 4:30 to 6 p.m. Saturday, November 4, and Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Las Olas Oceanside Park, 3000 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale 33316.  

Performers include

• Las Yumas play ensemble
• Florida International University Shakespeare ensemble
• Broadway Rejects improv
• Argentine Tango Ensemble
• Miami Dade College students      
• Improv ensemble Broadway Rejects

More than 90 artists and theater companies will perform during the weekend, which is presented by Grace Arts Center.

The park is also host to a farmers and artisan market on weekends.

Parking is available at Las Olas Beach parking garage, 200 SW 1st Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, and on the street. The charge is usually $4 per hour.
