On Jan. 13, 2026, Chipotle is offering customers who order a bowl, burrito or salad an extra portion of protein (4-oz.) for FREE at participating locations.

The giveaway is only available via Chipotle’s site or app — use promo code PROTEIN at checkout. Code can be used one time per eligible transaction.
The protein options include Adobo Chicken, Steak, Braised Beef Barbacoa, Carnitas or Sofritas.
The extra protein giveaway is not valid on tacos, quesadillas or kids’ meals. Plus, mixed protein orders will be charged for the higher-priced protein.
