Christmas on Las Olas is a festive holiday event in Fort Lauderdale

Sledding. Ice skating. Live holiday music. Las Olas Boulevard is offering its very popular holiday event, and entry is free.

In downtown Fort Lauderdale in 2024, Christmas on Las Olas is 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, on Las Olas Boulevard, a popular fashion and dining district.

The event is from Southeast 6th Avenue to Southeast 11th Avenue. 

Some activities require fees.

The event includes:

• performances featuring local schools and organizations 
• photo ops with Santa
• Stanley the Florida Panther
• ice skating rink with skate rentals
• sledding on a 75 foot snow mountain
• vendor booths

 Parking fees apply.  Parking rates are usually about $3 an hour.
