Winter in Paradise celebration in Heart & Soul Park

Located just north of downtown West Palm Beach, the Historic Northwest District is a vibrant area that stretches from Banyan Boulevard to Palm Beach Lakes, and from Tamarind Avenue to Rosemary Avenue.
