Free New World School of the Arts faculty recital

The New World School of the Arts is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and academic school year, kicking off the momentous occasion with a free faculty recital on Monday, Aug. 31 at 6:30 p.m. at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus, Auditorium Room 1261.

The recital provides an opportunity students and the community to experience faculty members live on stage performing pieces from several historical periods. It will feature both solo and collaborative performances and open the school's concert season.

New World School of the Arts was founded as a conservatory to develop talented students in the visual arts, music, dance and theater. The music division is led by Dr. Daniel Andai.
