Viernes Culturales (Cultural Fridays), a free arts and music festival, takes place on the last Friday of the month from 7 to 11 p.m.
Viernes Culturales features dancing under the stars, domino games, cigar rollers, cafecitos and mojitos. The Domino Plaza is filled with works by local artists and artisans. Take free tour of Little Havana’s Shenandoah area with Dr. Paul George.
Scheduled for June 26 are performances by Read Conmigo, Ricardo Cespedes, Rebelde de Capoeira, Our Chance Dance Troupe, Oscar Caballero’s Tango Time, Los Electrikos and Salsa Project. Plus a meet and greet with author Jorge de Laras and artist Raul Proenza and face painting at the Miami Arts Parade booth.
