Viernes Culturales (Cultural Fridays), a free arts and music festival, takes place on the last Friday of the month from 7 to 11 p.m.
Viernes Culturales features dancing under the stars, domino games, cigar rollers, cafecitos and mojitos. The Domino Plaza is filled with works by local artists and artisans. Take free tour of Little Havana.
This month’s featured performers are Conjunto Progreso, The Eden Girls, Pamir Guanchez and Learn to Salsa. Award-winning author Carlos Armando Ramos autographs his book at the Futurama Building. Dr. Paul George leads a tour of Cuban Memorial Blvd. (13 Ave.) and highlights the home of former Mayor John C. Reilly and Judge C. Clyde Atkins.
