Where to order special holiday dinners for takeout

Whether you are celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah or Kwanzaa this year, you may be looking to avoid all the cooking that comes with end-of-year celebrations. Consider ordering a fully cooked holiday dinner to-go, so you can spend more time with your family instead of in the kitchen.

You can order a full holiday meal from numerous restaurants and supermarkets, either online, over the phone or in person. Some meals can be ordered hot, meaning that they’ll be warm and ready to eat when you pick them up. Others will be ordered cold, meaning the food will need to be cooked or reheated once you get home. Certain restaurants also offer individual dishes to go rather than dinner for four. No matter which option you order, you’ll save time and energy.

Please note that prices and offerings may vary by location and supplies may be limited. The lists below are a selection from each store or restaurant, and other options may be available. Also, if your meal is picked up or delivered refrigerated, you may need to allow several hours for reheating, so plan accordingly.
