Water Safety events at pools in Broward

Some parks and recreation departments and other organizations offer water safety events that are usually free to attend.

Often, the events include entertainment and games. Please verify if you must register prior to the event.

Water Safety Events in 2026 in Broward include

Northwest Broward

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, April 4, free entry and free parking

The venue is the Aquatic Complex, 12441 Royal Palm Boulevard, Coral Springs 33065

Plantation

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2 at Plantation Aquatics, 9151 NW Second Street, Plantation 33324. Parking is free.

The event includes water safety demonstrations, vendors and games.

Free swim lessons are offered for ages 4-15. Phone 954-452-2525 for information.
