St. Ambrose Carnival and free music festival

The St. Ambrose Carnival and Music Festival will kick off its 31st year with rides, food and music performances.

The event is Thursday, February 19, through Sunday, February 22, in Deerfield Beach.

While it costs money for the carnival rides and food, admission and listening to the music are free. All proceeds benefit St. Ambrose Catholic Church and School.

Here is the entertainment schedule:

Thursday, February 19
7 to 9:30 p.m.: Vinyl Highway

Friday, February 20
8 to 10:30 p.m.: Mix Tape FM

Saturday, February 21
2 to 3:30 p.m.: School of Rock
4 to 5 p.m.: To be announced
5:30 to 7 p.m.: Good Bread
8 to 10:30 p.m.: Friday at Five

Sunday, February 22
1 to 2 p.m.: School events
2:30 to 4 p.m.: The Flyers
4:15 to 5:45 p.m.: Angels of Rock
6 to 7:30 p.m.: Shane Duncan Band

The event will also include homemade food for sale.

Wristbands for the rides are usually about $30 per day. 

The carnival hours are:

  • Thursday, February 19: 5 to 10 p.m.
  • Friday, February 20: 5 to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 21: 1 to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 22: 1 to 7 p.m.
