Paddleboard rentals offered in Hollywood

For a delightful excursion on the South Florida surf, rent a paddleboard. Rentals are now offered on Hollywood beach. 

Self-serve PADL kiosks are offered at New Hampshire Street in North Beach area and Keating Park, 2500 S. Ocean Drive in South Beach area.

Others kiosks are being added.  Other rental venues are in Miami-Dade and greater Palm Beach.

Rental fees are $19 per hour for non-members. Membership is $24.99 a month. It includes 2 hours every day. Extra hours and boards for members are $10. 

Paddlecraft rules in Hollywood include

— may use municipal beach before 10 a.m. and after 5 p.m.

— any time south of Madison Street and north of Liberty Street

— in area north of Madison Street and south of Liberty Street, paddlecraft must remain 100yards from shore 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

With the PADL app, users retrieve board, paddle and flotation equipment.
