New Year’s Day fun at 1ONE Celebration in Downtown Miami

Celebrate the arrival of 2025 in Downtown Miami during the Miami Downtown Development Authority's 1ONE New Year's Day Celebration on Wednesday, Jan. 1 from 3-8 p.m. at Julia and Henry's, 200 E. Flagler St.

The free, family-friendly block party will be headlined by the iconic DJ Irie, the legendary DJ who has spun at Miami Heat games, for actor Jamie Foxx and at major events including the Nickelodeon Teen Choice Awards and MTV's Total Request Live.

While DJ Irie spins, enjoy exclusive New Year-inspired eats (for purchase), interactive art, and fun for kids all ages including a bounce house and face painting.

And they've thought of everything given it is a post-New Year's Eve and people may have had a bit too much champagne the night before, so they are offering a recharge station with hydrating IV drips.

Here's the full schedule:

2-7 p.m.: 1ONE Run of Show – live performances and surprises.
3-8 p.m.:

Holiday Village – festive fun for all ages.
Ice Rink ($15 general admission, $10 for Miami residents).
Face Painting
Balloon artistry
Complimentary popcorn for snacking on the go.
Magician performances
Bounce House fun

4-5 p.m.: DJ Irie spins tunes
