National Cheeseburger Day deals 2023

Who can resist? National Cheeseburger Day on Sept. 18, 2023, gives you permission to have more than one burger complete with melted cheese and all the toppings.

Restaurants join in the fun by offering some juicy deals on the cheesy day. Remember, local restaurants and other businesses may offer deals on this day, too — so check around. 

If you’re a burger fan, remember to look for National Hamburger Day deals on May 28, too!

Applebee’s

On September 18, 2023, Applebee’s is serving up its three Classic Burgers for $8.99 each. The three choices are Classic Burger, Classic Cheeseburger and Classic Bacon Cheeseburger. This offer is valid for dine-in, the Applebee’s website, or mobile app only. It is not valid on third-party deliver sites.

BurgerFi

BurgerFi is offering a premium BurgerFi Cheeseburger for just $3 with any Coca-Cola Freestyle Beverage on September 18, 2023.

The $3 Double Cheeseburger is available for one day only for dine-in guests. Guests are limited to one cheeseburger per Coca-Cola Freestyle Beverage.

Burger King

Get treated like royalty at Burger King on National Cheeseburger Day. On Sept. 18, 2023, the popular fast-food restaurant is giving its Royal Perks loyalty members a FREE cheeseburger with a minimum purchase of $1. The offer is only available via the BK app. 

And you can’t enjoy any burger without fries. Burger King is offering FREE any size fries every week for its loyalty members through the end of 2023. Unfortunately, the offers cannot be combined in the same transaction. 

Burger King will also offer a full week of special offers that kick off on National Cheeseburger Day, which include:

• Day 1 (9/18): Kick off with a bang! Enjoy a FREE cheeseburger with any $1+ purchase. Bite into happiness.

Dairy Queen

While it may not be cheeseburger-related, you can still enjoy (sweet) savings at DQ on National Cheeseburger Day. From Sept. 11 to 24, 2023, the popular ice cream shop is offering a small Blizzard for just 85 cents.

McDonald’s

McDonald’s has been serving cheeseburgers for more than 80 years, so it’s the perfect stop to celebrate the cheesy day.

On Sept. 18, 2023, the fast-food giant is offering a Double Cheeseburger for just 50 cents. The deal is only available via the McDonald’s app. 

Smashburger

In honor of National Cheeseburger Day, Smashburger is offering a cheesy deal for cheeseburger fans. 

From Sept. 18 to 20, 2023, the popular burger joint is offering a single Classic Smash Burger for just $5.  The deal is available in-restaurant and online — use promo code SMASH23.

The offer includes Classic Singles, Classic Single Turkey Burgers and Classic Single Black Bean Burgers. 

Smashburger has locations in 33 states.

Sonic Drive-In

While this is not a National Cheeseburger Day deal, it’s still full of cheesy savings every week for cheeseburger lovers. Sonic Drive-In offers half-price cheeseburgers every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to close. The offer is only available via the Sonic app.

In addition, app users enjoy half-price drinks and slushes all day, every day. Combine the deals (and add some fries) for your very own discounted meal deal.

Shake Shack

Shake Shack is shaking up National Cheeseburger Day with a sweet deal. From Sept. 12 to Nov. 30, 2023, the burger joint is offering a buy-one-get-one FREE shake special online every day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Get details here, including promo code.

Wendy’s

Celebrate National Cheeseburger Day at Wendy’s. From Sept. 18 to 22, 2023, the popular fast-food chain is offering a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for just 1 cent with any purchase.
