Mother Ocean Music Festival at Hollywood beach for Earth Day

The Earth Day event at Hollywood beach features live entertainment, including a dance party.

Mother Ocean Music Festival at the Hollywood Bandshell includes regional bands, exhibits from environmental protection organizations, and items made from recycled plastic.

The festival in 2025 is 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 26, and entry is free.

Entertainment includes:

  • 11 a.m. Free yoga
  • 4:15 p.m. Jah Steve and the Counteract Crew
  • 4 p.m. Making Faces
  • 5 p.m. Flowrider Expo demonstration of wave-riding
  • 7 p.m.  Valerie Tyson Band

From 2 to 5 p.m., visitors can visit the Conservation Village, an interactive, educational space exploring sustainability, marine life conservation and wellneess. 

The Hollywood Beach Bandshell is at 320 Johnson St., Hollywood.

Hollywood prohibits plastic bottles, plastic bags and foam items. Please bring reusable drinkware.

Parking at the beach is $3 per hour Monday through Thursdays and $4 per hour Friday – Sundays. Residents of Hollywood may apply for a discounted rate. Hollywood parking information is available online.
