Hungry bargain hunters can now enjoy two new deals at participating locations — starting April 21, 2026.

Under $3 Menu
Available every day, the affordable menu allows fans to mix and match their favorites from at least 10 menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner…or even as an afternoon or late night snack!
Throughout the year, McDonald’s will spotlight select Under $3 Menu favorites at an even better price for a limited time nationally. First up, the Sausage McMuffin for $1.50 and McDouble for $2.50. Price may vary by location.
The Under $3 Menu includes the following items:
- Sausage McMuffin
- Sausage Biscuit
- Sausage Burrito
- Hash Browns
- Medium McCafé Premium Roast Coffee
- McChicken
- McDouble
- 4-Piece Chicken McNuggets
- Small Fries
- Medium Soft Drink
