Local Farms Selling to the Public in Palm Beach County

Fresh fruits and vegetables are aplenty. That's because local farms are selling their surplus of foods to the public — and they're doing it at a discount. When the restaurants closed down, the farms were at a loss because the restaurants they supplied to no longer needed their goods. Instead they opened up to the public. Next time you're out shopping, pass up the berries from California and Mexico and instead, support our local farms.

Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association offers a list of participating local farms. Prior to shopping, it's a good idea to to check with the farms before going as supplies are limited, preferably on the Facebook page of the farm you are interested in, or phoning.
