Light Up Dania includes ice rink, Santa & ‘Ugly Sweaters’ and it’s free

Light Up Dania Beach offers live entertainment and and ice skating. Photo ops include selfies with Santa and a snow globe. 

The event in 2023 is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. November 30 and entry is free.

Other Light Up Dania Beach features include

  • Kids zone including face painters
  • Ugly Sweater event at 7 p.m., which is open to adults and kids as participants or spectators
  • free ice skating with skates provided
  • Hanukkah menorah at 6:10 p.m.
  • Kwanzaa Kinara at 6:15 p.m.
  • tree lighting at 6:20 p.m.

Entertainment includes

The event is at Dania City Hall, 100 W. Dania Beach Blvd., Dania Beach.

Free parking and shuttles are offered from Dania Beach Casino northwest lot, 301 E. Dania Beach Blvd., enter from Fronton Boulevard.  While out and about, perhaps you want to scoot over to Symphony In Lights display in Hallandale which is free at Gulfstream Park Village.
