Families are invited to take a Solar Staycation and come see solar in action. The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium is home to three FPL SolarNow solar trees. These unique solar structures feature solar panels that generate clean, emissions-free energy from the sun. That energy is fed directly into the grid, helping to power local homes and businesses.

The free tickets to the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, to people who sign up at SolarNow.FPL.com/SolarStaycation/. FPL representatives distribute the tickets to those with reservations starting at 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 19. There is a limit of four tickets per group.
