Free with RSVP: New World Symphony at Frost Art Museum

On the second Thursday of the month, after the Frost Art Museum closes for the day, it presents an after-hours experience called Tertulia Nights. In case you didn't know, a tertulia is a word of Spanish origin that means a social gathering with literary or artistic overtones.

  • When: Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024, from 6 to 8 p.m.
  • Where: Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum, 10975 SW 17th St., Miami; 305-348-2890. 

This event is free and open to the public. Click here for more details RSVP for free admission. Refreshments will be provided on the terrace following the performances to guests ages 21 and over; recommended audience if for patrons who are at least 18 yers old.

Visual arts and music collide for a uniquely immersive experience in our exhibition Of what surrounds me. Musicians Allison Smith (violin), Alexander Wu (cello), and Sooyoung Kim (oboe) will perform original pieces in each individual section of our galleries.
