Free outdoor music and dancing in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea

Lauderdale-by-the-Sea offers free concerts and dancing outdoors in the city's downtown area in winter and spring. 

Friday Night Music

Local bands perform Friday Night Music monthly in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

The free music performances, weather permitting, are 7 to 10 p.m. the fourth Friday of the month in winter and spring.

Music events in 2026 will be:

• Friday, January 23
• Friday, February 27
• Friday, March 27

Music is on El Mar Drive between Village Grille/Pump, 4404 El Mar Drive 33308, and 101 Ocean, 101 Commercial Boulevard, 33308.

Dancing by the Sea

Dancing is the second and fourth Sundays of the month from 5 to 7 p.m. at Anglin's Square, 12 Commercial Boulevard. The event may be cancelled on holidays or if the weather is bad.
