The Miami River is one of Miami's most traversed waterways and will once again be celebrated during the 26th Annual Miami Riverday Festival. It's happening Saturday, April 6 from 1-6 p.m. at Lummus Park Historic District, 250 NW North River Dr.
The event will include boat rides along the Miami River, historical tours and re-enactments, environmental education, and kids’ activities. There will also be live music performances by The East Coast Quartet who will perform jazz from 1-3 p.m. and Latin music by Wawa All Stars from 3-5 p.m. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
The event is organized by the Miami River Commission.
