Free International Ballet Festival of Miami performances

The International Ballet Festival of Miami is hosting  free performances around Miami-Dade County this weekend. They are the perfect opportunity to experience young up and coming dancers performing in outdoor spaces and for the organization to showcase their talent.

Here is where to see them:

Rising Stars Open Stage
Friday, Aug. 1 from 7-8 p.m. at Lincoln Road's Euclid Oval, Miami Beach

Performance by young ballet medal winners from national and international ballet competitions including the Miami International Ballet Competition, Universal Ballet Competition (USA), Concurso de Danza Mercosur, Latinoamerica Danza (Argentina), Danza Activa (Panama), and World Dance Award (Italy), among others.

Dance Marathon
Sunday, Aug. 3 from 2-4 p.m. at Tina Hills Pavilion at Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Blvd., Miami

Dance Marathon is a free outdoor performance spotlighting young talents and future stars from Miami's own  Dancetown Miami, Dance Attack, Dance Empire, St. Lucie Ballet, International Dance Academy, and other esteemed partners.
