Free Family Fun Festival at Frost Science Museum

The Knight Plaza outdoor campus at downtown Miami's Frost Science Museum will come alive on Saturday, Nov. 9 with the first free Family Fun Festival happening from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Set among the lovely trees and bright garden like area of the museum, families are invited to come and enjoy the wonders of science from interactive exhibits from both the Frost Science and community partners to live shows and other entertainment. And if you choose to visit the museum's current traveling show and permanent exhibitions simply RSVP to the event and receive 25% off general admission on that day.

The line-up is extensive so browse the day's activities and prepare for tons of fun!

11 a.m. to 4 p.m. |  Museum Alley, Community Corner, Food Stations 

11 a.m. | Drumline Welcome 

11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. | Mascot Appearances 

11:45 a.m. | Chilling Science Show 

12:30 p.m. | Jazz Combo 

1:15 p.m. | Chilling Science Show 

2:00 p.m. | Rock Band 

2:45 p.m. | Chilling Science Show 

3:30 p.m. | Pop Band 

4 p.m. | Closing Ceremony

 

These community partners will be at the festival providing fun interactive games and activities throughout the day:

Jackson Health System, HUB International, Florida Prepaid, Young Musicians Unite, Homestead-Miami Speedway and Florida Blue.
