The Nova Singers will celebrate music in many styles in their upcoming concert series “How Can We Keep From Singing!”

The concert will feature songs from spirituals to jazz to movie favorites from “Beauty and the Beast.”
Nova Singers, directed by Chuck Stanley, is a 100-voice community chorus that performs throughout South Florida. The singers will be joined by piano accompanist Anthony Ciotti.
The concert will be performed three times, in three different venues:
- Friday, May 16, 8 p.m. Taft Street Baptist Church, 7241 Taft Street, Hollywood 33024.
- Sunday, May 18, 4 p.m. United Church of Christ, 2501 NE 30th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306.
- Tuesday, May 20, 7:30 p.m. St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 580 Indian Trace, Weston 33326.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Children 12 and younger, plus students of any age with school ID, are admitted free. Advance tickets are available at https://tinyurl.com/NovaMay2025

The Nova Singers is Nova Southeastern University's community chorus, whose members range from Nova undergraduate students to senior members of the local community.
