Event for Viva Fort Lauderdale Art Exhibit in Fort Lauderdale

 Hispanic people, food, and entertainment are part of the rich and diverse flavor of South Florida. Hispanic Heritage Month, which is September 15 – October 15, focuses on those delights. The bonus to everyone is that there are lots of free events included in the festivities.

Hispanic Heritage events for 2025 in Broward

Tamarac 

Flamenco, Salsa and Latin jazz are featured at an Hispanic Heritage event 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Friday, September 19, and entry is free. The venue is Tamarac Village Amphitheater, 9090 NW 57th St., Tamarac.

Oakland Park 

Latin Fest is 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. September 19 with music, kids zone, food trucks and bars with adult beverages.  The featured performer is Gianpaul & Latin Soul Band.

It's at Pastorius Park, 4000 N. Dixie Highway, Oakland Park. Parking is free. Kids need to be with an adult.

 Miramar

The Latin Music Festival festivities in 2025  are 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. Saturday, September 20 at the Amphitheater at Miramar Regional Park, 16801 Miramar Parkway, Miramar.  Entry is free. Parking is $10. 

Hollywood 

Hispanic Heritage event is 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Saturday, September 20 at Armory recreation, 906 North Dixie Highway, Hollywood 33020. Entry is free. Register online

 

 

Pembroke Pines

Hispanic fare, activities and entertainment are included at the Hispanic Heritage Festival 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. September 27 in Pembroke Pines.

Broward library branches are offering a variety of Hispanic Heritage  events, including performances.

Hispanic Heritage event 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. October 4 features Latin band Stereokinetics at Northwest Regional Library. Entry is free. Register online.  The library is at 3151 N. University Drive, Coral Springs 33065.
