Free Japanese Spring Festival

Immerse yourself in Japanese culture at Miami Beach Botanical Garden this March.

The Japanese Spring Festival invites guests to experience Japanese culture firsthand through interactive and immersive encounters including thundering performances of Taiko drumming by Fushu Daiko, Ikebana floral design workshops, traditional Japanese tea ceremonies, hands-on origami lessons and a Japanese Marketplace. A family-friendly event, the Japanese Spring Festival also offers a children’s corner featuring storytelling and arts and crafts.

Enjoy a day's worth of Japanese-themed activities during the spring Japanese Festival on March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, 2000 Convention Center Dr.

The free festival celebrates the rich culture of Japan and the unique friendship between Florida and Japan.

Events include:

  • Taiko drumming performances by Fushu Daiko
  • Authentic Japanese tea ceremonies
  • Ikebana workshops
  • Origami lessons
  • Children's corner with arts and crafts
