Groove on the Grass band & food trucks in Tamarac

Pack up your portable seats for free outdoor events in Tamarac that include live bands, food trucks and inflatables for youngsters.

Groove on the Grass events in 2024 include:

• 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, March 1. The band is T-Wave. The venue is Caporella Park, 5200 Prospect Road.
• 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, April 5. The band is Smooth STB performing Santana hits. The venue is Tamarac Sports Complex,  9901 NW 77th Street.
• 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday May 3. The band is Start Me Up, performing Rolling Stones hit. The venue is Tamarac Park, 7501 N. University Drive.

Entry and parking are free for all events. Food trucks are at the event if you'd like to purchase food and drinks.
