StoryBook Festival in Pembroke Pines

Free books, a fantasy forest and performances are featured at the Broward Library StoryBook festival in Pembroke Pines. 

StoryBook Festival in 2024 is 10 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Saturday, November 16 with the theme of STEAM, science, technology, engineering, arts and math. Entry is free. Reserve a ticket online.

The  event is at  Southwest Regional Library, 954-357-6580, 16835 Sheridan Street, Pembroke Pines 33331.

The event includes

  • book giveaway to the first 1,000 kids
  • book readings
  • authors
  • Fantasy Forest Tours featuring storybook personalities like Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel and Little Red Riding Hood. Free tickets for Fantasy Forest are offered at the event, while supplies last
  • costume Parade, youngsters are invited to wear costumes and join in
