Seminole War Battlefield Reenactment, Jupiter
If you're a history buff, or just radically curious, grab your earplugs if you've ever wondered what a battlefield re-enactment is like.
When: Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park, 9060 W. Indiantown Road, Jupiter
The public is invited and all ages are welcome to observe, free of charge; no reservations required.
This event is being presented by the Loxahatchee Battlefield Preservationists for the second year in a row. It provides the opportunity to talk with period-accurate reenactors, listen to educational talks, and watch the main event for an afternoon about local history.Please note that the cannons will be firing, so take appropriate ear protection as needed.
