Miami River Day

The Miami River is one of Miami's most traversed waterways and will once again be celebrated during the 27th Annual Miami Riverday Festival. It's happening Saturday, April 11, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Lummus Park Historic District, 250 NW North River Dr.

The event will include boat rides along the Miami River, historical tours and re-enactments, environmental education, and kids’ activities. There will also be live music performances including jazz from 1-3 p.m. and Latin music by from 3-5 p.m. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

The event is organized by the Miami River Commission.
