Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series

The Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series presents a free concert every Sunday from 5-6:30 p.m. between 14th Street and 14th Place in Lummus Park on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach in front of The Betsy Hotel.

Concerts feature talented local South Florida performers. Bring a picnic, lawn chairs, blankets, and your whole gang to enjoy these free open-air performances.

  • March 15: Jim Gasior Quartet is backed up by the New World Rising Jazz Stars. Gasior has performed and recorded with artists ranging from Smokey Robinson and Jose Feliciano to Benny Golson, Freddie Hubbard and Patti Austin. He serves as Associate Professor of Jazz and Instrumental Studies at the New World School of the Arts (NWSA), where he directs the high school jazz ensemble and will be joined on stage by members of the New World Rising Jazz Stars, showcasing standout student musicians.

  • March 22: Tal Cohen Quartet led by Grammy Award-winning jazz pianist Tal Cohen who blends Middle eastern melodies and traditional jazz harmonies. Cohen is winner of the Barry Harris National Piano Competition and recipient of Freedman Fellowship.

In case of inclement weather, events will be held in Betsy’s Lobby.
